Obituary of Jack A Cook Jr

Jack A. Cook Jr., 66, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving children on Saturday, August 29th, 2020. Born in Syracuse on October 29th, 1953, Jackie was the son of the late Jack and Phyllis Cook. He retired from the Onondaga County Waste Water Treatment Plant in 2016 after working there for 25 years. Jack was a classic car fanatic and loved spending all of his time with his grandbabies. Jack is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Dorothy, his 5 children; Eric (Bridgett), Jason (Sarah), Ashley (Dennis), Adam (Alissa), and Alyssa (Reggie); his 7 grandchildren: Tyler (Ty), Conor (Conoroni), Ethan, Rileigh, Jaelyn (J Bird), Jack, and Cadence (Petunia), and his siblings; Mark (Carol), Kelly (Ray), Lisa (Jim), and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours for Jack will be Thursday, September 10th, 2020 from 4-530pm at Hollis Funeral Home 1105 W. Genesee St., Syracuse.
