Words cannot adequately express how sorry and saddened we feel over the passing of our great, GREAT Uncle Ted. To our dear Aunt Stella—please know that we have THOROUGHLY enjoyed having you and Uncle Ted at our home to celebrate all of the wonderful holidays together over the past five years. We made some beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. I often told Uncle Ted that he was MY FAVORITE UNCLE and this ALWAYS made him laugh! We enjoyed spoiling him, setting him up in his favorite chair, and refilling his beer glass all night long! A party wasn’t a party without my two VERY FUN and festive cocktail hour buddies! I am extremely grateful for our many deep talks, and all of Uncle Ted’s kindness, wisdom, love, and gratitude for all that he had in his life. One of the most of valuable lessons he taught me was how to move forward, even in the hardest of times… and one of the most endearing things he showed us all…. was his deep and profound love of you, Aunt Stella. God bless you and your family during this difficult time. We will all be here for you forever. We love you very much.

Stella and family,
My heart is broken. I looked forward to talking with Teddy every time I would see him at the Legion. He was so kind, fun and I loved seeing how much he adored you Stella. He will be missed terribly. I have attached a few pictures from his Honor Flight. I remember how happy he was to be able to go on that trip with Scott. Stella, please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you need anything. My Uncle Ted. I got pretty close to my Aunt and Uncle over the last few years. As much as I hate Covid, I am so thankful for it because it guaranteed me a few visits a week with my favorite Great Aunt and Uncle. My wife and I would wait on Thursday nights for them to call and give us their grocery list. They were always so much fun to visit. No matter how much pain Uncle Ted was in towards the end. He always found something positive to say. The one thing that Uncle Ted will always be remembered for by myself is his love and dedication to family. He put family first. We always looked forward to his toasts. Cause it was guaranteed he would have everyone in tears. My last conversation with him was his concern for my wonderful Aunt. Uncle Ted if there is anything that I owe you in this life, it is A PROMISE from me and my family is that we will all look over Aunt Stella. We got this for you. I promise. I could only hope that I make my wife feel half as special as you made Aunt Stella feel. The way you made people feel is something I cherish. You always made me feel important. Uncle Ted you were my Hero. The only thing that truly makes me smile is knowing Marky gets to be with his Dad again. RIP uncle ted. Love always Kevin and Tracy O’Neill.
