Jake was such a nice young man and will be so missed by his friends and family. Jake always left a smile on our faces every time we saw him. It is so hard to believe he is gone but he will be remembered and missed by his friends and family every day. Jake was a great dad and when we saw him with Cici you could feel the love the two of them had for each other. He will be missed by all of his family and friends and our hearts are breaking for your loss but please let us know if you need anything. Kerri and Cici as well as his parents and siblings are in our thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time. Remember the entire Greer family is here for all of you if you need anything.

Jake was the son we never had. He loved our daughter Kerri unconditionally and we are just heartbroken. We will never forget his excitement when he got his CDL, or him and Cici catching frogs in our pond, or him, Kerri and Cici raiding our garden for fresh veggies. I found out this sad news today - my heart hurts! Jake could make me belly laugh - and make me want to ring his neck at the same time! The chair in my office has no cardboard underneath the seat and the squeeze toy alligator in my basket doesn't have a light -- because Jake would come in and pick the cardboard or squeeze the alligator. He had a way of convincing himself (and trying to convince me) that no matter what he got in trouble for - it wasn't his fault :). Jake was larger than life and had more energy that most. I was proud of him on graduation day - and I can say in all honestly that in my 25 years at Baker Jake was one of my favorite students.

I've known Jake since 1st grade. He would always come up too me and make me laugh or feel better if i was down. I miss you hyping me up Jake. I just saw him in March which hurts to take in.

I met Jake through my son in law Tim Greer. Jake was such a fun loving man. He had a way about him that was friendly and welcoming. My heart breaks for his family especially Kerri and CiCi. May your memories of Jake make you smile and find joy again soon.
