Obituary of Dorene M Lambertson

Dorene M. Lambertson, 71, of Syracuse, NY, passed away on December 13th, 2019 after a battle with long time illness ending with cancer. Visitation will be December 19th, 2019 from 10AM – 10:30AM at Hollis Funeral Home, 1105 W. Genesee Street Syracuse, NY 13204 with Services to following Burial will follow at Loomis Hill Cemetery. Dorene was born on November 20th, 1948 to parents Richard and Dorothy Lambertson. Dorene was a loving woman, she devoted her life to raising her children, then two of her grandchildren. Her door was always open to friends and family whether it was for a plate of food, or just listen to you, lecture you when you were wrong, or make you laugh until you cried. Dorene is survived by her son Michael J. Grzelak, her two daughters, Dorene M. Cooter, and Katrinna M. Lambertson, 15 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her daughters Michelle E. Dishaw, and Dawn M. Grzelak. Memorial donations may be made to The American Cancer Society at PO Box 22718 Oklahoma, OK 73123.
