Our condolences to Jim, Justin, Joe, Chris & their families. We we saddened to hear the news of Cis passing away but were honored to attend her memorial services on 8/17/19. We heard such great stories of what a beautiful soul Cis was as a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother & friend. She was truly an angel here on earth & we were all so blessed to have known her. She will be truly missed but we hope that happy memories of her will give you comfort. Cis Resti's wonderful legacy will live on with her son's & her grandchildren. Our deepest sympathy to all of you, Wendy & Glenn Willm

Warmest condolences. Cecilia was so brave in 1991, organizing to save the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra and extending its life and our ability to make music as professional musicians. We are forever indebted to her. I cherish her memory for her interest in improving our community and her personal warmth.
