Dear Matt, Kimberly, and Matthew,
A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds, and through us, they live on. Please accept Don and my condolences, Gail will not be forgotten.
Fond memories are what I have to remember my cousin Gail. We shared our younger years growing up together (Whittier & Bryant Ave) with shared family (Grandpa Paddy, my grama/Gail’s Aunt Anne Mae, walking home together in elementary school for lunch - her Mom who was my aunt Ginny- made the best grilled cheese and tomato soup ever! I can still hear Paul Harvey broadcast on the radio that was set on top of the fridge right next to the Charles potato chip tin. Playing tag and playin barbies, and betting which of us was Kevin K’s favorite cousin ;-). Putting new foil on the TV ‘rabbit ears’. And straightening up anything that was ‘off kilter’. Making our sacraments together with Ricky too
Planting gardens, pj parties, and fun doing chores “at ATTENTION” LOL for her Dad/my uncle. Then, all the kids w Costello
cousins (cramming into their station wagon) to pick apples, or go to Suburban Park or Marble Farms...
Childhood Christmas’ and getting matching troll dolls, easy bake ovens and creepy crawler sets after weeks of pouring over the Sears Toy Catalog.
Gail’s ‘Sansone cousins’ were my aunts and uncles living right up stairs in their 2 family Tipperary Hill house...
Early teen years of walks to and fro school basketball games, Hennessy’s Pizza, trekking all over Tipp Hill, Burnet Park, calling “jam lines” and Peggy Anne teaching us how to do the ‘mash potato’ and latest dances.
Years later, graduating together from St. Patrick’s high school.
As our lives went on we made new friends - we married and our own kids came along. Our kids- cherished (as we were) by us and all our extended families. So very blessed.
Gail inherited a devastating disease but her love of life seldom waned. That is because she ALSO inherited precious Faith, love and the optimism of her parents, siblings, and all her family & closest friends.
May that LOVE of family and friends now comfort you and those who Gail loved dearly during these difficult days.
Matt, Kimberly and Matthew, sending prayers and our most heartfelt sympathy. Thank you for all you did for Gail. It matters. Remote hugs until I see you in person. Xoxoxo
Love,
Marilyn
and Don McNamara

Matt, Matthew and Kim; so sorry for your loss. Your mom’s dimpled smile could light up any room she entered and her laughter was infectious. She was a “nurses’ nurse” which is the highest compliment a nurse can make about a fellow nurse. Her patients and their families loved her and her kind compassionate care. May your memories of her remain in your hearts always.
Carolyn.

Just wanted to say how sorry I am for your loss of Gail...she seemed to be a kind, generous, free spirited person who will be sorely missed. Please know that God cares for you during this sad sad time. He longs for the day that she will be resurrected to a perfect paradise earth and in perfect health- mind, body & soul(Rev 21:3,4).Even though we have never met, I can't wait to meet her there-I'll just look for that infectious smile:0) Until that time, many thoughts and prayers for all who mourn her...hope this video link brings you and yours some peace.
