Patricia & Jack...
We join you and your family in your sorrow. Nick has touched so many lives with his kindness, generosity, and strength. We enjoyed the many times Nick and our son Kyle played paintball together and how proud our kids were when all of us were there cheering them on in practice and in games. They loved Jack's loud voice for the Chaos Team! Nick was like a son to us and we wish you peace in your saddest days and comfort in the toughest times. To Alicia, thank you for making him so happy! He loved you more. We pray for your healing and peace of mind. Please accept our sincerest condolences in this time of great loss.

Nicholas Tiffany, age 29, died on 29 Sept. 2018 at University Hospital in Syracuse, NY, from an unanticipated medical condition.
Born and raised in Syracuse, Nick is the son of Patricia and Jack Tiffany.
He graduated from Cicero-North Syracuse High School in 2007.
He played Professional Paintball after graduation in Canada and in the USA.
Before graduating from the State University of NY at Canton, where he was on the President's List in Nursing,
Nick worked as a lifeguard at several swimming pools in the Syracuse area where he was credited with saving the
lives of several drowning children while he was both on and off duty.
Nick's purpose in life was to make a positive difference in people's lives. He did
that.
We will mourn daily a son in the prime of his life who would have committed himself to the accomplishment of this mission.

I am so devastated to learn of Nick's passing. I will always remember our time together playing paintball for Syracuse Chaos in the AXBL and CXBL. He was a great friend and mentor to me and life is a little darker now that he is not in it. My sincerest condolences to your family.

Nick was one of the best captains we have ever had on our swim team. He had great passion and energy. He understood what he needed to do to both motivate others, and make sure they were valued. In the years after his graduation, when he would drive by my house he'd always stop and say "Hey Coach" in his unique way which always made me smile. There was something truly special about him.
I'm very proud of the life Nick led, and the big heart he had in that big chest of his. He will be truly missed by his swim family.

So saddened to hear of Nick’s passing. I was introduced to Nick through Alicia and was impressed by his humor and the obvious love he had for her. I hope in time your heartbreak will ease and you will be able to think of him and smile.

I've only know Nick for a few months and I have learned so much about life and myself through Nick. He was full of life and such a kind hearted person; caring so much for others. I could have been having the worst day and talking to Nick for a little bit would make my day so much better. He gave me confidence I was lacking in life, I am so lucky to have met Nick and been able to call him a brother. My heart goes out to his family, please stay strong.
Love
Jake
