Talk about being of "VALU" I'll never forget how Donna helped guide me in my entry level days in the hardware business.When I thought I didn't know-couldn't do, she was right there with her "you can do this" nudge I needed.Donna prevailed at not only GREAT customer service but GREAT human service just being Donna.And for this I will always be THANKFULL for having known her.
