Obituary of Julia Carol Osborne

Julie Carol Osborne, 77, of Syracuse, New York passed away on September 10, 2018. She was born in Syracuse to the late Frank & Carol (Vellone) Noble. Following graduations from convent school & Powelson Business College, she worked for Dr. Fallon & also Porter School. She enjoyed spending time with family, cooking, vacationing at her Otter Lake camp and Old Forge. Julia leaves many to mourn her passing: Her partner, Christopher Dygert, sister, Henrietta Sinclair, her children, Cynthia Fraser, James (Cynthia) Januszka, Gina Januszka Gabriel & Martisa Januszka Moreira, step children, Patty (Dennis) Tarr, Debbie (Jeff) Rear, Joe Osborne; Diana Osborne, Nine grandchildren one great grandson; many nieces & cousins. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. (stjude.org) which was dear to her heart.
