I'm sorry to read of Ken's passing and send my condolences to his family and friends. I grew up on Bryant Ave next door to the Vroman's and knew Kenny through Belinda. I always looked up to him and was glad to have known him even though I haven't seen him in many years. I remember when he came home from his 2nd tour of duty and was baby sitting us with "Binkie" and he walked in his sleep and went to our basement and beat up our old "octopus" furnace and he knocked the heat ducts right off of it. My father wouldn't let us wake him up and when he was done he walked up the stairs and went back to the couch and went to sleep. He didn't even know what he did. And, one of the reasons I joined the military was because of talks I had with him. To me he was a great American and I'm thankful I knew him.
