November 19, 2013 Geraldine Killenbec, 96 of Syracuse, passed away Tuesday. In 1953 Geraldine started her employment at CENTRO, as one of the first women bus drivers, and retired after 30 years. She was predeceased by her husband James in 2004 and is survived by her children; Robert, Richard, Renee Andrus, and Ruth Anne (Joe) Dixie; 14 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Calling hours: Friday 4 to 6:30 PM with services following at Hollis Funeral Home 1105 W. Genesee Street Syracuse NY. Private Burial Services will be held Saturday in Oswego Town Rural Cemetery.
