Martin Deptula, 67, of Syracuse passed away peacefully on July 26, 2018. Marty retired from Verizon after many years of dedicated service. He was a proud man that valued hard work and family.  He enjoyed spending time on his boat, was a league bowler for many years and an avid basketball player and fan.  Marty will be missed for his honesty, unconventional humor and love of his family.Marty is survived by his loving partner and long-time caregiver, Jean and his three children: Martin (Gina) Deptula Jr., Kelley Duffy, and Gerred Deptula. He was blessed with two beautiful grandchildren, Nicholas and Lauren. Graveside Services: Monday 1PM Sacred Heart Cemetery, Lakeland
