Obituary of Joan E Rhodes

Joan was born in Auburn Massachusetts. She relocated to Syracuse, NY early in her adult life. She worked at Crouse Hospital for 34 years, and was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church the Basilica in Syracuse New York. Joan's passions include her children, her grand children, animals, flowers and a love for our country. She was a woman of beauty, strength and determination. Her legacy will continue for generations to come. She is survived by her husband of 60 years William F. Rhodes. Her son Thomas W. Rhodes, (Cindy); and daughters Theresa L. Dean, (John); Lisa A.Brunner, (Ralph); several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Matthew House 43 Metcalf Drive Auburn, New York 13021 or the SPCA.
