I am so sorry to here of the passing of Joanne. Although it has been several years,decades even, since our side of the family has been in touch, I still feel a tugging at my heart. While only a few years older than me, she was the oldest of the Mccrum cousins, When I was young I always saw her as a 'big person". A teenager was an adult to a seven year old. Now she is with the Lord. She knows a peace that we can only imagine.
Half a century after the fact, I still remember the story of her not being able to say gramma as a toddler. Joanne christened gramma mccrum goggy. and that is who she was , and still is when we refer to her.
To Micky and Ricky, to my cousin-in-laws and second and third cousins whom I have never met. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your families.

Joanne was an incredible woman. I was so heartbroken to hear of her passing. I had the incredible pleasure of working for her at Wegmans Cicero. She had such pride in her job and pride in her family. Thinking of you all during this difficult time. My prayers are with you.

I am so sorry for your loss and for the Wegmans family loss. I worked with Joanne in Cicero and I just loved her! She was strong and opinionated and she knew her stuff!!!
