Fred Hill, Jr., 86, of Syracuse, passed away Sunday. He was predeceased by his wife, Shirley (Cook). Surviving is his son, Fred III, grandson, Fred IV (Amanda), 4 great-grandchildren. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, there will be no services.
