Obituary of Anne McPherson

Annemarie McPherson, 82, of Camillus, NY died on Wednesday (February 14, 2018) at her home after a long illness.

 

She was predeceased by her brother, Gunther Buchner and her daughter, Donna Cramer.  She is survived by Siblings, Walter (Irmi) Buchner, Gretel (Wolfgang) Niggl, and Ellie (Bob) Flowers.  She is also survived by her children, Michael (Darlene) McPherson, Kathy (Brian) Mead, and Greg (Dawn) McPherson, plus 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

 

Anne was born in Schongau Bavaria, Germany where she met and married a GI during the occupation.  She then  Immigrated to the US with her husband.  She was a home maker until her children became school age when she took a job as a pre-school teacher for several years.  In recent years she enjoyed being a part of the foster grandparent program in the local school districts. 

 

Anne Had a passion for knitting, sewing, and cooking for family and friends.  At Anne's request there will be no calling hours and no services, however anyone who would like to would be welcome to make a donation in Anne's name to Hospice of Central New York at 990 7th North Street, Liverpool, NY. 13088 or online at http://www.hospicecny.org/test-memorial-submission .
