Phyllis A. (Cook) Riley, 85, passed away Monday, January 16, 2017 at home. Phyllis was a graduate of St. Lucy’s High School and retired from VESID in 1997. Her family will deeply miss (momo’s) love, guidance, support and of course her sense of humor. She is the foundation of our family.
Phyllis is predeceased by her husband; Edward Riley, daughter; Lisa Haynes, brothers; William, Arthur and Michael.
She is survived by daughter; Mary (Robert) Thomason, Son; Joseph (Denise) Riley, Sister; Janet Knight, Son-in-law; Robert Haynes and Jackie Riley, nine grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Calling Hours: Friday 4 to 6pm with services following at Hollis Funeral Home 1105 W. Genesee St Syracuse.
In lieu of flowers our mother requests that you go out for a nice dinner and say some prayers for her.
