Jeffrey Crouse 71, of the Onondaga Nation passed away Friday August 24, 2026. He was a widower of Kathy (Haire) Crouse. Jeffrey was born in Syracuse NY, he was the son of Marvin Sr. and Flora Crouse.He was retired roofer from Roofers Union 195, Syracuse, NY. Jeffrey is survived by his daughter Sarah Crouse, Syracuse NY; Sisters: Victoria (Crouse) Isaac, Onondaga Nation, Rhonda Crouse, Kingston NY, Maxine Crouse, Onondaga Nation, Brother: Robert Crouse, Canastota NY; several nieces and nephew.
