Sharon Marie Gristwood, 67, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 4, 2026, in Liverpool, New York.

Born in Utica, New York, on June 6, 1959, Sharon attended Thomas R. Proctor High School before earning an Associate Degree in Accounting from the Utica School of Commerce. She worked for Agway for many years alongside her mother and sister, where she built lasting friendships and took pride in her work.

Sharon is survived by her twin sister, Cynthia Currier, and her niece, Rachel Currier. Her parents, Agnes Mobarak and Ken Flint, preceded her in death.

Sharon will be remembered for her great sense of humor, brave spirit, intelligence, and her deep love for animals. She found joy in hosting parties, fishing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Her family will cherish memories of summer cookouts, trips to the Adirondacks, and countless spirited games of Scrabble and cards around the kitchen table.

A celebration of Sharon's life will be held on Saturday, August 29th from 1-3pm at Joseph F. William Memorial Park, 7033 Lakeshore Rd, Cicero, NY 13039 ·
