Carmen Gullotto, 63, went to be with the Lord on September 22, 2025.
Born and raised in Syracuse, NY. He was the beloved son of the late Vincenzo and Lucia Gullotto. Carmen graduated from Assumption Catholic Academy and went on to become a self-employed contractor, dedicating his life to building and repairing homes—a passion he carried with him up until his final days.
Carmen truly loved his family and friends. He will be remembered as a faithful friend, always willing to lend a hand in times of need. His smile could light up any room, and he had a heart of gold that touched many lives.
He is survived by his son, Vincent; his two brothers, Sam (Luann) and Vincent; his niece, Samantha; and his nephew, Anthony. He is also lovingly remembered by his lifelong friend and companion, Nan Maurillo, whose love and support were a constant in his life.
Per the family’s request, there will be no formal funeral services. A memorial graveside service will be held at a later date to honor and celebrate Carmen’s life.….
