Sharon Lee Jackson Obituary

Sharon Lee Jackson (Vincent) of Syracuse, New York peacefully joined her sons on Saturday July 12th. The Daughter of Marvin and Adeline Vincent of Mexico, New York. Sharon was the fourth of twelve children, a graduate of Mexico High School.

Working as a waitress in her early life Sharon spent each day being a joy to everyone she came in contact with, she had never met a stranger.  She carried that joy and love for food and people into the purchase of her own diner, Carl’s Kountry Kitchen, known by family, friends and regulars as “Sharons Place” which she dedicated herself to for 38 years. Either at the diner or in her own home she walked a path into the kitchen floor that can never be filled, finding peace in a space full of those she loved.

Sharon is predeceased by her parents. Her brothers Mike, and Rusty and his wife Sandy Vincent. Her sisters Joanne and Barbara. Her beloved sons David Douglas Tyrrell lost in 2021 and Baby Boy Tyrrell, lost at birth.

Left to carry her legacy are her husband, Charles, daughter Joanne and son-in-law Dale Isbell, granddaughters Hallie( Joseph) Mahar, Aislinn(Christopher) Hanbury, grandson Bryan Casler-Tyrrell, great granddaughters Emma Hanbury and Amelia Mahar. Her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and all those who have been loved by her.
