Julie Pisarek Dixie July 4, 2025 

It is with great sadness the family of Julie Dixie announce her passing on Friday, July 4, 2025 at age 72. Julie was born on October 18, 1952 in Syracuse; she was predeceased by parents Frank and Julia(Kulba)Pisarek, her best friend and twin Pattie Pisarek, her partnerJack Bilinksi and her son Gary Dixie. She graduated from West Genesee High School class of 1970 and received a 2yr degree from Powelson Business Institute; she was employed at New York State Insurance Fund for approximately 40yrs as a Claims Service Representative and retired Sept 2009. Julie loved cooking, baking, and won many ribbons at the Great NYS Fair, camping at Brennan's Beach and crafting. Survivors are: Brothers Bob and Tom Pisarek; nieces Stephanie, Jenna, Alex; great nephews Anthony and Tyler; great niece Kida as well as many cousins. A private ceremony will be held for the family.
