Bennie Albert Alexander, of Syracuse, NY, passed away peacefully on April, 26,2025, at the age of 84.  Bennie lived a full and engaging life, cherishing his family and his passions.

In his early career, Bennie worked as a dispatcher for a trucking company, demonstrating his strong organizational skills. He dedicated many years to the Miller Brewery Traffic Department, retiring in 1994. He was a devoted husband and father, raising two children with love and care.

Bennie had a zest for life and a variety of interests. He found immense joy in boating, especially on the scenic St. Lawrence River, where he spent his summers at his beloved camp after retirement. He was an avid NASCAR enthusiast, always following the races with excitement. In his leisure time, Bennie also enjoyed old western movies. Earlier in life, he pursued hunting and fishing, appreciating the outdoors.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 41 years, Jean Alexander, who passed away in 2000.

Bennie is survived by his loving children, Susan DiPasquale, her husband Robert and Bennie T. Alexander; his brother, Thomas Alexander, and sister-in-law, Ruth; his cherished grandchildren, Marc DiPasquale and Michael DiPasquale; and his adored great-grandchildren, Audrey DiPasquale and Luke DiPasquale.

A private burial for his children will be held.
