Mark J. Smigelski 64, of Parish, passed away Friday, August 28th. Mark was born in Syracuse on February 14, 1956 to John and Frances (Allen) Smigelski. Mark was formerly employed as a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Inspector, during his career, Mark supervised many projects ; for example, Nine Mile Point ll Nuclear Power Plant, highway construction and construction of buildings at Fort Drum, James A Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Plant and NYSDOT bridge and highway project in Port Ontario.
Mark is predeceased by his mother, Frances and is survived by his father, John Smigelski.
