I can't quite believe that the last of the 'elders' has passed on. To my cousins, Chris and Suzi, my deepest sympathies.
We are fortunately left with some great memories of your father - one of my two favorite uncles -- RIP Uncle Bones

Our dear friend Ludlow.
What wonderful memories we have of our time on Piercefield drive. A true friend and neighbor to our Uncle Fred Thrane.
Terrific conversations and outstanding jokes were always part of his visits. I can still hear him walking in the back door saying “ hey Freddie what’s going on, is the coffee ready?”
Chris & Suzy our sincere condolences.
Chris & Cindy Thrane

I want to extend my sincere condolences to the family. I had the pleasure of working for Lud at Upstate Technical many years ago. It was a great job and I have many wonderful memories of my time working with Lud and Fred.

THE Ludstser! I will always hold him in my heart and remember him for his quick wit, keen mind, and all around charming presence. Wegman’s feels empty without him. Warm regards always, Jenny Smolinski

Chris, Sue and families - I'm so sorry about the passing of your Dad. I always loved seeing him, hanging out with my Dad at the various "establishments" they visited. We always had great conversations. He was a wonderful man. My condolences to you all...
Sincerely, Debbie Morrell
