Mary Frances See (Mancuso), 79, of Chittenago NY, passed away on September 13, 2017 at St. Josephs Hospital in Syracuse NY.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Twin Trees Three, 310 N. Main St. North Syracuse, NY 13212 on Saturday, September 30, 2017 from 12-4 pm. 
Mary was born in Utica NY to Joseph & Carmela Mancuso on August 14, 1938. Mary graduated in 1956 from Proctor high school in Utica. Mary then went on to earn a degree in Journalism from Utica College & Syracuse University while holding the crown as College Home Coming Queen. She worked and sang at the Valley View County Club & Sagamore Resort to pay her way through school.  Mary went on to work for General Electric as head News Editor in the Syracuse area for 10 years, being at that time the highest paid female at GE. She married in 1965 and later went on to work at Lewis County Opportunities as a County Grant Writer. To fill her spare time she became the South Lewis Central High School Librarian and a private tutor. In the early 1970's she became the entrepreneur of Manor House Bed & Breakfast owner along with her husband Royce in Constableville NY, this would last the next 32 years. She also took honor in being the Mayor of Constableville for 18 years, she work along with the Historic Society to have Constableville listed as a Historical District. Mary was one of the early founders of the Lewis County Snowmobile Business Association and the first organised Snowmobile Trial System. All the while Mary continuously worked along side of her husband Royce in the Antique business, refinishing & restoring antiques.  In the later years along side her daughter Debbie, they embarked on a 10 year adventure of owning and operating the Towpath Inn in Turin NY. 
 Mary enjoyed entertaining guests from all over the world in her life's adventure, she loved seeing people happy, laughing, eating & drinking. Mary enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, music of all types, skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, swimming, fishing, antiquing, and berry picking. She enjoyed the company of a countless number of friends and their children for many generations. Mary was a lover of all animals and her cats and dogs are now looking over the rainbow bridge with her. Mary may have had only one child but mothered many over her 52 years of marriage to her loving husband Royce. She will be eternally missed and continuously loved by all who were graced to share part of her life.  

Mary is survived by her husband Royce C. See of Chittenago NY, her daughter and her companion, Deborah A. See and Donald L. Stroup of Syracuse NY. Heart adopted son and his companion, Bernie & Jane Parody of Point of Rocks MD, brother and sister in-law Michael and Linda Mancuso of Melbourne FL. Sister, Ann Ruggiero of Utica NY. Brother-in-law and his companion, Michel See & Tony McMills of Utica NY. Brother-in-law & Sister in-law, Mark & Ruth See of Whitney Point NY. 7 nieces and nephews and 7 Great nieces and nephews as well as an uncountable amount of friends that were truly deemed family. 

Memorial donations may be made to American Diabetes Association and http://wanderersrest.org/ Animal protection organization in Madison County, New York. 
Devoted Wife, Loving Mother and Friend to an uncountable many, your smile, laugh and love will be eternally missed, the universe has gained an exceptionally bright star. You are loved beyond words.
