John is survived by children, Jason, Angela, Briann and John Jr.; parents, Thaddeus and Maggie Polak; Brothers, Thomas, Robert and Paul; Sisters, Cookie and Lisa.; grandson, Christopher. Calling Hours: Wednesday 5 to 7PM Hollis Funeral Home 1105 W. Genesee St Syracuse. Funeral Services: Thursday 9:30 AM a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Basilica.
