Obituary of Earlene Foisia

Earlene (Pat) Foisia, 69, of North Syracuse Passed away July 15th at St. Joseph's Hospital with her family by her side. She served 30 yrs as the North Syracuse Animal Control Officer and was fondly known as the DOG LADY! Predeceased by her husband Frederick J. Foisia, Sr. and survived by her children, John (Nancy) Foisia of Lyncourt, Shelly Shaw of N. Syracuse, Leigh/Rusty (Tim) Ernst of Mattydale, Frederick (Marianna) Foisia, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV and four grand children Briana & Kaylie Foisia, Meghin & Jonathon Ernst. As well as her brother, Reginald Donnelly and beloved Sister in law, Joanne Hujar, nieces and nephews. Her love of animals will live on in all of her grandchildren.
